Condition: Good, no jacket. Spine ends and corners bumped. A small amount of foxing on front end papers, and fairly substantial foxing on back end papers. Price notation in ink on half-title page.
Contents: A rip-roaring tale about the early frontier days when men were men and women were glad of it, especially the wild spit-fires that needed taming first. If you get my drift. Take one battle-scarred woodsman-pioneer-soldier ready to find some land of his own in Kentucky and one white girl who'd gone native and didn't want rescuing, and you've got a classic 50's potboiler set in the earliest days of the American push westward.
