Condition: Good, no jacket. Spine ends and corners are bumped and worn, the upper spine end has two 1/2 inch tears and one 1/4 inch tear, the book is lightly spine cocked, and page edges are darkened from age. Upper front edge has a bump in the approximate center, and cover in general is worn and lightly soiled. Interior pages are heavily tanned. All pages are present, secure, and contain no writing.

The book combines medical facts together with the morality of the day in which it was written. Chapters include discussion of male and female anatomy with suitable diagrams, puberty and menstruation, continence (is it harmful?), love and courtship, sexual magnetism, true vs sensual love, sex and marriage, mistakes of the bridegroom, immorality in marriage (sexual overindulgence), abortions and miscarriage, birth control (including sterilization, which the author appears to feel is justified in the case of certain degenerates), eugenics or race improvement, sterility and frigidity, self abuse, the social evil (prostitution), and more.
