Condition: Very Good in a Good jacket. Spine ends and corners bumped. End papers foxed, page edges tanned. Cover very slightly bowed. Interior pages clean and secure. Jacket is worn and chipped at all margins.

Contents: An interesting little book intended to educate the beginner on the basics of horsemanship. I have to say, Colonel Boniface, who also wrote The Cavalry Horse and Its Pack, which was adopted by the War Department for issue to the Regular Army and National Guard, expected the beginner to have a pretty comprehensive understanding of the various elements of horseback riding and usage. .
