But the booklet doesn't focus on Time Insurance. Rather, it tells the story of ithe neighborhood where Time Insurance grew up and still lives: Kilbourntown. Kilbourntown is the area surrounding 5th and Wells. The book is essentially a history of the founding of Milwaukee, and then the development of the downtown area. The booklet contains several wonderful old photos, in which buildings still standing can be identified.
