Jacket is chipped with a few small closed tears around margins and has a vertical fold down the front flap.
Contents: Martin Johnson, the famous explorer and nature photographer who brought home stunning movies of Africa and the South Seas to eager Americans, spent more than 25 years crossing the country and the world with his cameras and his wife. Osa's colorful biography is also a wonderful love story. First published in the 1940's, the revised edition has been updated with more of Martin Johnson's exceptional photos.
Editor's note to the revised edition:
I would like to offer assurance to all Johnson fans that the romantic adventure story of Martin and Osa Johnson remains intact. There are minor changes in the spelling of names, there are a number of different photographs, and some chronological adjustment has been made to render the story more accurate in terms of data which have surfaced since the final editing (not Osa's) of the original publication.
