Condition: Very Good in a Very Good jacket. Upper spine end lightly bumped; there is a hairline crack in the paper going halfway down the front hinge, and front cover opens easily and lays flat. All other areas of the book are Fine: corners are sharp; pages are clean and tight. Jacket has a small closed tear and chip at upper spine end, a small closed tear on the rear joint, light wear at lower spine end and corners, a faint shadow where a small sticker was on the back, and the back flap has two nearly verticle folds to the paper.
Contents: A Regency romance by an author the Chattangooga Times called "...a worthy successor to Georgette Heyer at her very best" and suggested that Heyer fans "....will switch their allegiance to Veryan."
Note the chip on the upper spine end and the wear at the lower end.
