Condition: Good. Cover is slightly discolored by age, and is torn and fixed with tape in lower right hand corner. Title page has former owner's name and the notation "Illinois History" in ink. All interior pages are very good.
Contents: Eastern Illinois University Bulletins were regularly published six times a year (January, April, July, September, October, and November). This number, dated May, 1962, is a special edition by the History Department, dedicated to Charles H. Coleman and containing reprints of five of his papers. The Foreward is by Kevin Guinagh, and the front matter also contains an additional congratulatory letter to the author on his retirement by Allan Nevins of the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery, San Marino, California.
