Contents: If I had to recommend just two or three books for a rider, this would be one of them. This book removed so much of the mystery of riding for me that I would go so far as to say it created an epiphany for me. I went from being tense and fearful to comfortably riding my three-year-old mare bareback in just a few weeks. I highly recommend it.
Publisher's note:
Using an innovative combination of visualization techniques and sports psychology, Wanless shows how to achieve a new level of relaxed concentration and harmony so that horse and rider seem to move as one....Wanless provides simple (but effective) mounted and dismounted exercises, innovative imagery techniques, and questions that help the rider recognize wht happens when she rides. Novice and expert alike will benefit from this extraordinary learning system...
